i am completely frustrated right now with bofa online bill pay.
it's not at all clear why i can only pay online bills from one account (which i am now closing) and not fro my other accounts. the online chat feature did not work when i tried to use it. in the product demo there is a link that says 'change' to be able to change the account used to pay bills. it doesn't appear for my account.
either i am missing something basic, or bofa's site design is really very poor. someone please let me know if i am doing something wrong.

This service is the best. Paying bills on line saves me so much time. All I have to do is click on the bill and its paid. I do my bills in five minutes rather then two hours. Please take advantage of this service you will be so thankful.
